*By Law, a state licensed inspector can only report on the visual evidence of wood destroying organism (WDO) activity (i.e., termites). A complete formal inspection and report must be done by the employees of a state licensed pest control company. We always try to encourage you to get this type of inspection before purchase and at the same time as our inspection, and in many cases, we will work closely with the pest controly technician, helping each other find and identify problems. ONLY a trained employee of a state licensed pest control company can give any reports, assurances, or clearances of a property concerning WDO. Call or text for referrals.
